专利说明:

The invention relates to devices for medical purposes, namely, devices for collecting excreta from a person undergoing gastrointestinal or urinary tract operations, such as colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy and ureterostomy.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce stress and simplify the process of fixing the bag on the support.
Figure 1 shows the device, a general view; Fig, 2 - pipe, top view; in fig. 3 - a rotary element, top view; Fig, 4 - pipe assembly with a rotating element, top view; in fig. 5 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 6 is a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 7 - pipe and tip assembly, partially a plan view; in fig. 8 is a sectional view BB in FIG. 7; in fig. 9 is a cross-section of the FIG. 7; in fig. 10 - section DD in FIG. 7; in fig. 11 — device assembly, section; in fig. 12 - pipe, a variant, in FIG. 13 is a section E-E of FIG. 12.
The device comprises a support 1 for fastening around an artificial opening in the patient's body using appropriate means of fastening, such as a pressure sensitive adhesive, the device of which is already known, and protected by film 2 until it is used, which can be easily removed by peeling (Fig. 11), or c 3, or any other similar means.
The support 1 consists of a patch 4 of flexible material, which may have a square, rectangular, circular or polygonal shape, designed to form the skin protection of the peristomal zone around which it is placed and held. The support has an opening 5 concentric to the stomia, and the fillet 6 protrudes on the surface 7 of the lining 4 opposite to the surface 8 carrying the adhesive (FIG. 11), or when such a substance is absent, opposite to the surface in contact with the patient's skin. .
The pipe 6 is rigidly fixed on the cover 4 by welding, for example thermal, high-frequency, or by gluing with a film compatible with the material of the nozzle 6.
The pad 4 may consist of a hydrophilic adhesive mass with a thickness of 0.5-3 mm or an acrylic adhesive mass, whose thickness ranges from a few to 200 microns, or a combination of these two elements, i.e. provide around the stoma
hydrophilic adhesive resin, and on its periphery - a thin layer of acrylic adhesive.
Tubing 6 may be made of high or low density polyethylene or of ethylene copolymer and vinyl acetate or vinyl polychloride, or polyamide by casting, and compatible films for fastening the nozzle on the skin protection are mainly made of plastic films, vinyl polychloride, polyamide or complex barrier films of non-woven materials based on polyester, polypropylene and / or polyethylene,
The pipe 6 has a circular base 9, on which the inner ring 10 and the outer ring 11 coaxial with it are fixed, evenly divided by the spaces in which the elastic latches 12 are placed.
Outer ring 11 has small tides 13 on its outer bearing surface, which prevent the pivoting element 14 from being removed when the latter is placed around the ring 11, and it also has a locking protrusion 15 to limit the rotation of the element 14.
Element 14 may or may not have knurling 16 on its outer surface and has a lever 17, which facilitates the rotation of the specified element around the outer ring 11. The rotatable element also has recesses 18 evenly spaced around the inner surface, the number of which corresponds to the number of elastic latches 12 .
The device also has a replaceable element 19, which interacts with the support 1. This element consists of a bag 20 for collecting fluids and / or physiological secretions that come through the pipe 6. The bag 20 can be replaceable or reusable depending on practical use and is made of polyethylene films, polyamide, rubber or similar materials.
A bag 21 is rigidly connected to the bag, for example by welding, which is located coaxially with the hole 22 of the bag and is made of the same material as the nipple 6. The tip 21 has on its outer surface an annular rib 23 with two bevels 24 and 25, which are placed in a groove 26 between the rings 10 and 11, deform the hooks 27 of the latches 12 when connecting the pipe 6 and the tip. On the inner surface of the tip there is an elastic annular rim 28, which ensures the tightness of the device.
On the inner surface of the tip there is a recess 29 in which the locking protrusion 15 is placed in the assembled state of the device. The tip is connected to the wall 30 of the bag. The base 9 of the nozzle has lugs 31 and 32 for attachment to the ca.
The device is used as follows.
To install the device in place, the tip 21 is inserted into the nozzle b so that the pivoting element 14 is positioned so that the recesses 18 are opposite the elastic latches 12. During installation, the latches are elastically deformed (position shown by the dash-dotted line in Fig. 8) and penetrate into notches 19. When the tip 21 is positioned in the depth of the groove 26, the fittings take their original position (the position is shown by the solid line in FIG. 8), ensuring the tip is held in the indicated groove 26 by hooks 12, which are mounted on one ohm from the bevels 24 of the annular rim 23. Thereafter, a partial rotation of the rotary element 14 is started to lock the bag 20 relative to the plate 4, and this rotation is limited at the end of the stroke by the locking stop 15 at one of the edges of the notch 29 of a predetermined corner hole the inner surface of the rotating member 14. Since the nozzle 6 and the tip 21 are inserted and locked, rotation of the removable element 19 with respect to the support 1 is possible and the patient can partially stretch it for a slight change in position nor bag 20, even when it is partially filled without being disconnected from the plate 4.
An inverse process is used to separate the bag 20 and the lining 4 after rotating the element 14 to unlock the latches 12.
Thus, the device covers any options that may be offered by a specialist.
The base 9 of the nozzle 6 can be provided in diametrically opposed zones with eyelets 31 and 32 for connecting elements of the belt. Pad 4 with pressure sensitive adhesive material can be used for patients with an invagination stoma.
When a device is used for urostomy or ureterostomy with one or more catheters, probes or similar devices, they can
be mounted on the cover plate in a known manner and without structural changes to other parts of the device.
